Ok, I'll just make a summary of the characters in my Signature.

Matt: Who do you think? Me!

David "Dart" Raymond: A royal that turned Pirate. But only because he seeks freedom from rules.

Soren: A scholar in several different fields. He has two students. Ray and Lughe

Lloyd: The Captain of the 6th Central Division. Honorable and trustworthy.

Linus: Captain of the 2nd Main Attack Division. Former bandit, hot-headed and loves to fight.

Renato: Captain of the 2nd Black Ops Division. Former member of SHELL. Shady and hardly seen.

Ray: The most promising of Soren's students. Talented and smart.

Lughe: The least promising. Has no talent in most of the fields he's taught. But tries really hard. He comes from a family of magic-users.

Ranulf: A newcomer to the Courts. A Sub-Human/Half-breed that is trying to get the Protection Policy 13 to pass.

Caine: A Sub-Human/Half-Breed with a lion's strength and attitude.

Volu: A Half-Breed that hardly ever talks. But when he does, he uses very few words.

Rhys: A young member of the Courts. He's usually sick and tired, but is very understanding.

Lehran: Prime Minister of the Courts. Popular and kind. He wants to protect the people, even if they aren't human.

Renaul: A high ranking member of the Courts. He's usually traveling to learn about the people. Has a strong sense of justice.

Naesala: A seemingly heartless man. He's actually kind and cares about his people. He's doing everything he can to make sure Protection Policy 13 passes.

Izuka: A high ranking member of the Courts. Izuka is cold and evil. He hates Sub-Humans/Half-Breeds because he believes that humans are superior.

Oliver: A power-hungry fool. He's easily bribed. He has the same rank as Renaul.

Pell: A newcomer of the Courts. He has a friendship with Rhys and Ranulf.

Knoll: A scholar in dark arts. Not very strong, but only wants to do the right thing.

Riev: A master of dark arts. Sees everythnig as nothing but potential test subjects.

Raven: A silent man in a high-ranking family. He seems to hate Linus.

Dheginsea: A Sub-Human/Half-Breed. Most likely a dragon. 

Ashnard: The Captain of the 2nd Central Division.

Yahn: Known as the Burning Dragon. Yahn disappeared several years ago to pursue something. He was known to burn anything with his hands.

Idoun: Known as the Shadow Dragon. Nothing is known about her.

Petrine: Captain of the 3rd Main Attack Division. She's ruthless and known as the Burning Lance.
